“Convinced that their house is the most beautiful and because a neighbour has sold theirs for a good price, the sellers will not lower theirs. The result is that the transaction does not happen.”
Tres bon Frederic! What a pity that some of our native speaking Estate Agents are rather less candid when it comes to dealing with some sellers’ expectations.
