We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. First Tier Complaints are handled internally in accordance with our Regulatory obligations. If a matter is incapable of resolution by ourselves then recourse may be had to the Office of the Legal Ombudsman.
We are members of the Deposit Protection Service
We operate a separate Clients Account for Client Monies in accordance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules
Fees vary dependent upon the service level provided.
Full management:- 50% of the first month’s rent plus VAT and thereafter 10% of the monthly rent plus VAT
Tenant and entry:- 100% of the first month’s rent plus VAT
Tenant find:- 75% of the first month’s rent plus VAT
Tenancy renewal:- £35.00 plus VAT thereon £42.00 inclusive of VAT
