So the BoE (Bank of England) decided, against almost all expectations, to keep interest rates where they were. But perversely, mortgage rates for many continue to fall, including longer term fixed-rate deals; a 10 year fixed rate is apparently available for 2.49pc (at time of writing).
The sky has not fallen in following recent market turbulence, so what is everyone waiting for? Surely it’s time for all you ‘fence-sitters’ to jump off and decide to make that move? At least, why not talk about it while you shiver on the beach…..?
