Recent figures from NAEA Propertymark inform us that on average, the number of available properties in January 2017 was lower than December 2016 and the lowest since July 2016. Couple this with an increase in house hunters, we find that on average there are 11 buyers chasing each property. Although interestingly, it would seem that 7% of sales were above asking price…
